As a guide, the 8 oz jar burns roughly 40–50 hours and the 12 oz roughly 60–70 hours, when the wick is trimmed and the first burn melts the wax to the edges.

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn, and let the first burn melt the surface all the way to the edges — candles have memory, and that first melt sets it.
